Users Agreement:
The user shall use DiningQuest and all pages held within its domain for lawful purposes only.

Users agree not to take actions which DiningQuest deems inappropriate which includes, but is not limited to, stalking, harassment, collection of other users personal information, impersonate any user or DiningQuest employee, transmit misleading information, post or otherwise transmit materials or links to materials which the user does not have rights to, post or otherwise transmit materials related to criminal activity, hacking, viruses, worms, etc., access information to which you do not have permission to access, access pages after you right to access has been terminated.

Warranties:

DiningQuest.com assuers our clients and the general public that our business practices adhere to only the strictest standards in preventing uncolicited (spam) email. In all email marketing campaings used by DiningQuest.com and our clients the following practices shall be used
